Responsibilities: 
l Office 1st floor Phone Exchange Operator 
- Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally. 
- Properly filter unwelcome calls for other personnel. 
- Transfer incoming calls to appropriate personnel. 

Requirements & Appraisal Criterion: 
- Always answer an incoming call with English greeting first 
- Always articulately answer an incoming call with smile, normal pace and patience. 
- Ensure incoming calls during working hours will be answered promptly. 

l Visitor Receptionist 
- Prepare welcome board for visiting customers. 
- Greet visitors (customers). 
- Direct visitors to appropriate personnel. 

Requirements & Appraisal Criterion: 
- Greeting visitors (particularly customers) with professional etiquette and a warm smile, see them off with the same smile. 
- Make visitors feel well-treated before their meeting with other staff, accommodate them by beverage or refreshment, as well as their other needs whenever arise. 

l Administration Specialist and Coordinator 
- Liaise with local & overseas courier companies. 
- Book transportation and board for other staff and company's visitors per company policy. 
- Chiefly responsible for employees' passports, visas, expatriated employee's working & residence permits, domestic & international travel arrangements etc issues and making sure (by necessary means, upon prior approval may retain external agents, etc.) all aspects of the said issues are properly and promptly arranged/handled. 
- Organize meetings & company events when so required. 
- Keep office hall of 1st floor in good order, neat and organized shape. 
- Arrange for business card printing. 
- Arrange the incoming & out-coming faxes, mails, correspondences, newspapers & dispatch appropriately and promptly. 

Requirements & Appraisal Criterion: 
- Professionally placid and amicable personality is essential to fulfill foregoing tasks, petulance, 
impatience and terseness particularly towards customers and co-workers are unacceptable. 
- Detail-oriented, enduring and patient assistance to other staff. 
- Proactively thinking of alternative and/or better administrative solutions for other staff. 

l Ad hoc Assistant 
- Bilingual translation on manifold documents including but not limited to technical documents, business letters, notice, products brochure etc. 
- Any other task assigned by upper level manager especially customer solutions manager. 

Requirements & Appraisal Criterion: 
- Continuous improvement on quality and promptness of final product of assigned works. 
Proactively thinking of alternative and/or better administrative solutions for other staff. 

Qualifications: 
l College or above degree holder from Business Administration or relevant field. 
l Proficiency in English-Chinese bilingual translation, CET-6 is an essential. 
l Neat, professional appearance with good interpersonal skills and a polished demeanor are essential 
l Familiar with OA equipments and MS Office software are essential. 
l Strong responsibility 
l Good ability of expression. 
l Good teamwork spirit.
